►FREQUENTLY & ANSWER

Q: What is the build volume of the Creality K1 3D Printer?

A: The Creality K1 offers a spacious build volume of 220 x 200 x 250mm, providing ample space for creating larger and more complex 3D-printed models. Additionally, the K1 Max model is expected to have an even larger build volume of 300 x 300 x 300mm, offering expanded possibilities for printing larger objects.

Q: How much faster is the K1 compared to a standard 3D printer?

A: The Creality K1 sets a new standard for speed in 3D printing. With print speeds of up to 600mm/s, it is an astounding 12 times faster than regular FDM 3D printers. This remarkable speed allows for rapid production and significantly reduces overall printing time, making the K1 a game-changer for time-sensitive projects.

Q: What materials is the Creality K1 compatible with?

A: The Creality K1 3D Printer offers exceptional versatility, as it is compatible with a wide variety of filaments to suit diverse applications and creative needs. Users can print with materials such as ABS, PLA, PETG, PET, TPU, PA (Nylon), ASA, PC (Polycarbonate), PLA-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced PLA), PA-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced PA), and PET-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced PET). This extensive range of material options allows for greater flexibility and innovation in 3D printing projects, enabling users to achieve the desired results with the Creality K1.

Q: Does the Creality K1 offer multi-material printing like the Bambu Lab Carbon X1 and AMS?

A: The Creality K1 does not offer multi-material printing like the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon with AMS (Automatic Material Switching) system. The K1 features a single extruder, which allows for printing with a wide variety of filaments, but it does not have the capability to print with multiple materials simultaneously in a single print job. For multi-material printing, you would need a printer with a dual or multi-extruder setup, such as the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon or other printers designed specifically for this purpose.

Hello all my name is Brian I pre ordered this printer. The best advise I could give is do not buy it. I repeat do not buy unless you want regrets. I have never made nor posted a review in my entire life (37m) and I couldn't be more dissatisfied with this company and printer (K1). This issue my printer had is an abnormal heating error code. When this happens the entire printer shuts down and reboots. I have tried the guidance received from customer support that didn't work. I made a youtube video and sent it to them so they could visually see the malfunction my printer was encountering. I say all that to say today I received an email saying my ticket was closed although with no resolution with my issue. I am demanding a refund for my purchase and warning others not to buy from them. I highly suggest you buy a Bambu Labs P1P and upgrade it. They have better customer support and a superior machine.

One of the standout features of the Creality K1 is its maximum print speed of 600 mm/s, allowing for rapid and efficient printing. Additionally, the acceleration rate of 20,000 mm/s² ensures smooth and precise movements during the printing process. The closed pressure chamber is another notable feature that expands the filament selection options. It provides a controlled environment, allowing for better print quality with a wider range of materials. The large, colored 4.3-inch touchscreen is highly responsive and user-friendly. It makes navigating through settings and options a breeze, providing a seamless user experience. Moreover, the printer can be conveniently controlled via a smartphone, giving you the flexibility to monitor and adjust the printing process remotely. Automatic calibration and self-diagnosis are invaluable features that save time and effort. With just a push of a button, the printer performs an extensive diagnostic check on all critical components, ensuring they are functioning optimally. This eliminates the need for manual troubleshooting and gives peace of mind during every printing process.

The Creality K1 3D Printer is an Exceptional Machine that Not only Achieves High-Speed Printing But Also Delivers Top-Quality Prints. dual dual-gear direct drive, white manages a maximum throughput of 32mm³/s, a key feature foror achieving high-speed printing. The extruder is paired with a relevant hot end that heats up to 200°C in just 40 to 60 seconds, enabling fast melting of filaments. The filament used, especially with Creality's Hyper-PLA, flows better, thus melting at a faster rate, Resulting in high-quality prints even at very high speeds. The Creality K1 has a fully automated print bed leveling system, eliminating the need for manual Z offset adjustments. This feature is incredibly convenient, and the printer automatically levels the bed before each print, ensuring accurate and consistent prints. The print bed adhesion of the Creality K1 is almost perfect, which means you don't have to worry about adjusting the bed height by searching for screws under the bed. However, if you encounter adhesion problems, you can reduce the print speed of the first layer or use other methods to improve bed adhesion. The Creality K1 supports slicing with software such as Creality Print, Cura, Simplify3D, or PrusaSlicer. Creality Print has the advantage of offering pre-configured profiles for the K1, allowing you to start printing with excellent results straight away without having to change too many settings. This is especially true with Hyper-PLA, where the settings are almost perfect. For regular PLA or other filaments, some basic calibration may be required to improve results, especially if you plan to print at speeds above 200 or 300 mm/s.

Great printer for a good price. In the box, everything is already assembled and connected, all you have to do is screw in 4 posts + sides and connect a few connectors. It prints accurately and quickly, except for insignificant details I'm satisfied (it came with a broken Z endstop switch, storage and guidance of the filament is not ideal) After ordering from the local warehouse, it arrived in 3 days.

option: None/Sermoon D1 I love this printer for many reasons, 1. enclosed and great fan duct to control cooling, 2. looks amazing 3. prints well once you get it correctly configured 4. DIRECT DRIVE! I love when creality includes directdrive on printers and am confused when they dont add it, it should be on all printers. HOWEVER. I have to return my sermoon D1 for a few reasons. 1. Replacement parts are impossible to find, you literally cannot buy replacement glass bed or pei bed replacement, or extruder, or anything, no parts sold ANYWHERE and 2. its still a beta in the prusa slicer, not available in Cura and only really useable fully with creality slicer which i dont really like. I will be switching back to my CR10v3.

option: None/Sermoon D1 So far, so good. Still working on the strings. Had to drill hole in side glass for USB cable, install felt to prevent rub from filament spool, install rubber strips to stop glass vibration and working on filament hanging up with poor feed design. Super quiet and prints fast.
