Hello, This is a great printer with one draw back out of the box. The filament sensor is not working. I had to disable this or it would not print. The printer works great besides this key feature. I am disappointed and I am working on solving this. Bed leveling is so easy, print quality is amazing, touch screen is great.

This is an incredible machine and print quality. I would have given an easy 5 stars if the silent motherboard was pre-installed. It is a noisy machine but that is the only complaint so far.

I have after a long time finally assebmled the unit and I love the printer. The semi assembled parts were not correct and had to be adjusted, and that was a bit weird, they could have been correct or not together at all. I even had one screw that were round and couldnt be adjusted (pointed it out on the picture with an arrow). But it still makes the prints great, So I guess I have to live with it. It is also a bit noisy and good to make a box for noise reduction if running in the same room as where you are.

the printer is perfect, my prints are very precise even if I don't level the bed. only flaw: if I stop the print and disconnect the power, the printer does not resume as it should. I enjoyed using it with the Ultimaker Cura software. however, I would like Creality3D to create a magnetic bed.

Before assembly, I read a few online reviews and guides but in the end all I did was to follow the included manual. I did not expect to have a successful print on my first try but I did. This is my first 3d printer and it is beyond expectations. It's very easy to set up and use but the fans and the printer itself is a bit noisy. During my initial set-up I used a table with only one leg (in the middle) and although it was shaking like crazy during prints, the results were great (these builds were less than 10 cm in height). I changed the table to a short 4-legged table for stability and now I experience no wobble whatsoever. My first two prints worked with the built-in BLTouch (auto-calibration) but all of a sudden it stopped working and I'm stuck using the AUX (manual) calibration. As you can see in one of the pictures, all of my prints started to fail and I ended up with a lot of filament garbage. This is an amazing printer overall if you are ok with using manual calibration since I wouldn't trust the BLTouch. Aux/manual calibration takes about 5 minutes but the print results are great and In recommend this printer (if you are ok with manual setup every once in a while)

A It is a 8-bit board and the original board of ender 5 plus is not a silent board

Q On the Ender 5 Plus, what is the lead and pitch of the Z-axis lead screws? My printer bed make loud screeching noises when moving up and down despite having greased the screws. It has always done this, but it's time to fix it. I need to know which lead screw nuts to purchase.

A Ender 5PLUS: T8*4 Lead Screw and Brass Nut Please make sure to aligning the bed rods and it helps, or please moved it up and down and tightened the screw, the lube evened it out. Normally it eventually went away after a few prints. If need more help, please don't hesitate to contact us.
