1. What size filament does the printer contain?

The package contains a coil of filament with a diameter of 1.75mm, a Test filament ( 200g ) and not on a spool .
We recommend you can purchase multiple filaments together when purchasing the printer, which is convenient for future operation.

2. How much size does the desktop need to be set aside?

Hi, the machine size 487 x 453 x 622 mm. You need at least 50cm (19.68inches) x 50cm (19.68inches) clear desk space.

If add a enclosure, the Desktop space required 70*75mm (27.55*29.53inches).

3. Why can't the filament stick to the hot bed?

If not stick to the bed. Please check the bed leveling.

The Ender 3 S1 adopts the CR-Touch automatic leveling system. When printing, observe the distance between the nozzle and the build plate. According to multiple printings, the Z-axis compensation value between -2.0 to -4.0 is great. Adjusting the Z-axis compensation point can print better results. I have been very happy with the S1. The assembly was easy (the instructions are very small, look at the SD card everything is on that). Get the bed leveled and get the right Z-Axis height and it just works! The Z-Axis critical for your success I have used PLA and TPU so far and had great luck. I just received the S1 Pro's all metal hot end to try my hand at nylon, carbon fiber, etc

Amazing printer! I did tons of research to determine which, of all the great printers available, would my first. I had some experience using an Ultimaker 3 and was ready to spend up to $500 for my own printer. I was actually hoping Prusa would drop the long awaited i3 MK4 but who knows when that will happen and even so, I had a hard time justifying spending $750. So, I compared 15 printers across 12 different parameters and was leaning towards the new AnyCubic Kobra but hesitated due to its lack of a dual Z axis. Then I found out about the S1 and, quite honestly, it checked all my key 'gotta have' boxes. My experience with this printer after printing non-stop :) for a week is that it is an amazing printer overall, and especially for the price. I got the bundle that included a free PEI print bed and it works great. You can see below the terrific result I got printing @agepbiz's Surprise Egg #7 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3223118), using 0.1 mm layer height. I highly recommend this printer for anyone looking for a great direct drive, dual Z-axis, good size print bed and easy build from just a few parts that costs under $500.

This is my first 3D Printer I've ever used and let me say, this one has amazed me already & I've had it less than a week. It was super easy to set up straight out of the box. The instructions were pretty easy to follow and all of the screws & items were labeled. After I got everything put together, I plugged in the USB into my desktop and was easily able to locate a few test files, the user manual and the application to begin creating prints. Within 10 minutes of having it put together, I was already test printing some of the included files with the default setting and the little bunny turned out far better than expected. I've since printed much bigger scaled and longer 24+ hour prints and they have also turned out phenomenal. I'm extremely glad I bought the 3 S1 and would highly recommend it to anyone just starting out. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this printer or the company!

I chose the Ender 3 S1 as my very first 3D printer. I think I really lucked out! From print #1, each and every print has come out perfect. The ONLY problem I have had, is marking up the flexible magnetic sheet because I started out with my Z Offset too aggressive. Backed that off and have made no adjustments since. This thing is awesome as a first printer and I expect to be using it for a very long time.

I love this printer. I was a little a little apprehensive to get it so early but decided to go ahead and be one of the people to get one of their first runs. I haven't had it long obviously but so far I am very impressed for so many reasons. This printer would be a great upgrade if you already own one of the ender 3 line printers or a different entry level printer or if you are new to the hobby and this would be your first. It has almost every part that people buy to upgrade their printer over time but straight from the manufacturer so it saves you having to go out and find good upgrades at higher cost and then having to actually install the upgrades yourself. The printer comes in only four main parts making assembly extremely easy compared to past Ender printers and most other brands too. Normally you would get 30 - 40 different pieces and have to make sure that not only were they put together properly but also that every frame piece was perfectly square as well. They took 90% of what was difficult out of process. After it's assembled make sure you manually level the bed and set the Z offset then do the Auto Level and this printer is capable of insanely good prints within an hour of getting it. And again that is with someone that is new to the hobby. All that is left is to go out and create something!

Q What filaments does Ender 3 S1 support? Can print the High-temperature filament like nylon /PC?

A The Ender-3 S1 Support the Filament PLA, TPU, PETG, ASA, SILK etc. The nylon material requires extra care to print; it needs to be extruded at high temperatures(260-300),keep the filament dry and print it in high ambient temperature. it is not supported now

Q Hi there I got a ender 3 S1 last week from Amazon now I got a new PEI plate for it now it says the size is 220+ 220+ 270. Can I tell you something it’s not that size it’s a standard size 235+ 235 because my ender 3 v1 glass plate fits it spot on now I think creality needs to go back to sort the mastics out?. A The whole bed size(clear space) is 235*235mm, and the allowing printing space is 220*220 and the max height is 270mm
